In the spirit of the holiday season, we are pleased to share a few messages of gratitude from our team. From all of us at VPCS, we wish you a wonderful Thanksgiving.

Mark Van Pelt: This year I’m grateful for my family and my work family, especially those who recently joined our team. I never take it lightly when someone makes the decision to join our firm. It is one of the most important decisions a person can make. To everyone who became part of the VPCS family this year, thank you. We truly appreciate the decision you made to come our way.

Kelli Jurgenson: I often find myself thinking about the community we have built within our firm. I’m so grateful for the tremendous effort our staff members, early in their careers, put forth to take responsibility and grow their skill sets.  While at the same time, our more experienced team members are always teaching and mentoring.  I’m so proud of this team!

Jen Gibb: I’m deeply grateful for our clients and business partners. Your trust and collaboration make everything we do possible.

Devyani Agate: As I mark my first year at VPCS, I sincerely appreciate the opportunity to be part of this team. I have greatly enjoyed my time working with our incredible team in Hayward, and I value the many opportunities I’ve had to learn new skills and grow professionally.

Ray Green: This year, I’m especially grateful for the people who show up every day, do the hard work and take pride in doing things the right way even when no one is watching. In an industry full of chaos, pressure and long days, I’m lucky to be surrounded by a team that shows up with integrity, grit and a real commitment to serving our clients, all while never failing to bring the humor. How this work is still so fun, I honestly don’t know. But it is. I’m also grateful for the families who support us, the clients who trust us with their schools and communities and the chance to build things that truly matter. None of this works without good people, and I don’t take that for granted. And dogs. Always thankful for dogs.

Caitlin Verastegui: I’m thankful to work for a company like VPCS that has invested so much in me in such a short time. My colleagues are some of the smartest and hardest-working people I know, and every day brings a chance to grow a little more from them. At home, I’m surrounded by a husband and two kids, with a third on the way, who fill my life with love, laughter and grounding. They’re my motivation, my comfort and my reminder that even the most chaotic days can still be beautiful.

Jenny Choi: Gratitude can be easy to overlook. Throughout the year, the dedication and commitment of my team continue to inspire me. I’m grateful to have such a dependable group of people to work alongside. We’ve grown a lot as a team, and I believe we’ll continue to grow together.

Aaron Brazier: I’m grateful for my family, friends and fiancée for the love and support they show me every day. I’m also thankful for VPCS, where the people and the culture make it easy to stay motivated and keep working hard. And a special shoutout to my sister’s macaroni and cheese recipe for helping me maintain my holiday party reputation.

Christine Scheffer: This past year has reminded me how important family ties are, and I’m grateful for every moment I get to spend with my family, furry or not. I also want to thank my extended VPCS family for all your hard work this year and wish you the very best this season has to offer. And to our newest VPCS additions, may your first holiday season be a joyful one. Wishing everyone a safe, cozy and comfortable time surrounded by friends and family!

Carl Yeremian: This year, I’m grateful for the trust and support I’ve received while transitioning from the modular industry to VPCS. After more than 20 years in sales, it has meant a lot that the team here saw value in my experience and believed it could carry into the work I do now. I’m thankful for the encouragement, patience and partnership I’ve felt from everyone at VPCS as I continue to learn and grow in a new industry. On a personal level, I’m grateful every day for my wife and kids and for the close friends who have been there through so many seasons of life. Their support, along with the support I’ve felt at work, grounds me and keeps me moving forward.

Mohammed Mhanna: I want to express my appreciation for the collaboration, commitment and resilience our team shows every day. I’m grateful to be part of a company that supports meaningful work. I am also grateful for my family, whose encouragement makes it all possible.

Taylor Smith: I am incredibly grateful to be part of a company that truly embodies the values that are near and dear to me: teamwork, family and a commitment to education. I have learned so much from the amazing people around me, including my colleagues at VPCS and the wonderful clients and partners we work with.

Yashraj Shah: I’m deeply grateful to work alongside the amazing team at VPCS. Each person brings dedication, creativity and heart to what we do. It’s rare to not only enjoy the work but also genuinely enjoy the people you do it with, and I’m thankful for that every day. I’m also incredibly grateful for my family, those back home in India and those here in the U.S. who have become my family away from home. Their support, kindness and encouragement have meant the world to me throughout this journey.

Michael Van Pelt: Dear team, as the year comes to a close and the holidays are upon us, I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere gratitude for all your hard work and dedication this past year. Your commitment, resilience and efforts, especially during the busy holiday season, have been truly exceptional. Every one of you plays a vital role in our success. I am incredibly proud of what we have all achieved together. Please take this time to rest, recharge and enjoy the holidays with your loved ones. You’ve certainly earned it. Thank you again for everything. Wishing you and your families a wonderful holiday season and a happy new year.
