Construction of a new facility to replace the previous undersized 50-year-old facility. The new building, set on nine acres of land, houses a state-of-the-art veterinary center, multi-media education and learning center, spacious pet adoption habitats, grooming and bathing facilities, animal exercise areas, and the nationally acclaimed Forget-Me-Not Farm program.
