Patti joined the VPCS team after nearly a decade of experience delivering first-tier executive support at a large construction/engineering firm. Patti’s experience broadened when she transitioned to front-line program operations management at VPCS, immediately taking responsibility for leading operations for a $269 million bond program. She is skilled at staying within tight state-mandated budget constraints while maintaining a record of zero financial audit findings. Patti’s leadership and communication skills benefit contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, school officials and neighboring community members.
