Meet the Team > Mary Ann Duggan, P.E.

Mary Ann’s career is rich with experience designing and constructing large capital projects and representing owners. She has worked on new campus development projects as well as new construction, modernization, infrastructure, sitework and accessibility projects. Mary Ann has worked with both private and public sector clients and is knowledgeable in construction law, different project delivery methods, master planning, environmental review and site cleanup, securing of entitlements and easements, funding and financing, design, regulatory approvals, bidding and contract negotiation, pre-construction, construction, commissioning, fit-up, occupancy, claims resolution and closeout.
