Meet the Team > Kaitlyn Lim

Kaitlyn brings a strong background in communication, coordination and relationship building to her role as Project Coordinator. She supports VPCS project teams serving TK-14 and higher education clients throughout Southern California. Kaitlyn is known for being organized, collaborative and team focused, with a strong ability to communicate and build positive relationships. Prior to joining VPCS, she managed operations for a premier softball training facility. Kaitlyn earned both her bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, and Society and her master’s degree in Communications and Media Studies from Stanford University, where she was a five-year member of the Stanford softball team.
