Meet the Team > Jinal Sondagar

With a foundation in both architecture and construction management, Jinal brings a design-informed and detail-oriented perspective to project execution. She has experience supporting residential, commercial and public-sector projects, including K-12 facilities work, with a focus on RFIs, submittals, procurement, contractor coordination and project documentation. Jinal is known for her proactive communication, strong organizational skills and commitment to safety and quality. She holds a bachelor’s degree in architecture from the University of Mumbai and a master’s degree in construction management from Cal State East Bay. She also maintains CMIT and OSHA-30 certifications.
