Meet the Team > Felicia Silveira

In her role at VPCS, Felicia is responsible for numerous large and small details related to project management. She keeps a careful eye on submittals, RFIs/RFPs/RFQs and other critical paperwork while also coordinating day-to-day activities with site teams and vendors. Prior to joining our team in 2023, she served as a project manager with a team of affordable housing and community development consultants serving all of Northern California as well as Washington State. Felicia holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration and management from Sonoma State University, where she earned a spot on the School of Business and Economics Dean’s List.
