Meet the Team > ERIC ONICK

Eric built an impressive resume working for general contractors in the public works sector – beginning as a project engineer then rising to the level of project executive – before joining VPCS as a senior project manager in 2024. In this role, he applies his knowledge and experience in every facet and at every stage of project management: from budgeting to scheduling, preconstruction, coordinating team and partner relationships, negotiating contracts, interacting with public agencies, and more. As an established and respected industry professional, Eric also enjoys mentoring junior team members. He received his bachelor’s in construction management from Chico State University.
