Cesar’s breadth of experience spans all aspects of general construction as well as the specialty realm of DSA construction. He is proficient in site management, coordination and administration of educational projects that involve numerous stakeholders. Cesar is familiar with how to manage the process of working on fully occupied campuses. His outstanding organizational and communication skills have directly contributed to the successful management and inspection of several VPCS projects. Cesar is adept at coordinating document tracking, meeting scheduling, information distribution and file maintenance for several projects that share a single team of managers.
