Meet the Team > Ben Kerr

Ben began his construction career in 2013 and has devoted himself to mastering the craft ever since. He has coordinated correspondence, document control and information distribution on multiple projects. Having worked on both the owner and builder sides, he understands the viewpoints and requirements of all project stakeholders. Ben is keenly aware of how to plan and coordinate projects on campuses that need to stay open during construction. He creates an atmosphere of openness and accessibility, prioritizing communication and cooperation between owner, contractor and designer.
