Meet the Team > Blake McGuire

Blake brings a diverse background in project coordination, property operations, and financial services, with experience supporting projects from planning through implementation. He has worked closely with teams, contractors, and stakeholders to coordinate work, manage schedules and budgets, and maintain strong communication throughout the process. Blake’s experience in real estate and mortgage lending has also given him a solid foundation in financial analysis, compliance, and risk awareness. He is known for his organized, collaborative approach and his ability to help keep projects moving forward efficiently. Blake holds an associate degree in general studies from Sierra College.
