Meet the Team > DAVID BELL

As a project coordinator, David is a versatile resource for VPCS project teams and district clients who call on him to help keep requirements, scopes, schedules, contracts and budgets on track. He brings valuable skills from his previous experience as a consumer-facing field marketing manager, where he put his strategic and creative instincts to work to help build market share on behalf of regional teams. David studied music management and merchandising at American River College in Sacramento.
