Ray began his construction industry career as a union-trained carpenter, then utilized his skills in the field and in the office to move to foreman, then superintendent and finally project manager. Having managed projects as both superintendent and project manager under the jurisdiction of OSHPD or DSA, Ray knows how to work successfully and be accountable to the most stringent levels of oversight. Owners benefit from his ability to communicate with ease both on the job site and in the office.
