He has strong leadership qualities, a collaborative management style and is a skilled communicator. His years in program management have made him a technical expert on school facilities, including design, construction and operations. Bill has regularly managed community interaction and stakeholder participation. In addition to his background in implementing high performance school standards, he is also experienced in asset management and developing options for school facility reuse. Bill holds a master’s in architecture and has numerous professional affiliations.
